Was die Entscheidung wirklich bestimmt
- Established community around Hongqiao and Gubei — overlapping with the international apartments there, not with the American circle in Biyun
- Payments and remittance are a bigger pain than finding a flat. Foreign cards get declined at the bank end; carry two
- There is no Russian national school at comparable scale. Most families take the English international route or a distance programme — ask case by case
- Search and community run on Yandex, Telegram and VK
Was Makler falsch machen
Payments and remittance take longer to sort out than the flat does. Start on those before you arrive.
