Was wir beim ersten Gespräch brauchen
Japanische und koreanische Arbeitgeber haben oft schon eine Lage. Deutsche Büros in Taicang — gewohnt wird trotzdem nah am Qingpu-Campus. Französische Familien wollen die Konzession, die Schule liegt in Qingpu — schreiben Sie den Widerspruch in das Briefing.
- Währung des Budgets, möbliert oder nicht, voller Firmenname und Steuernummer für die Fapiao.
- Kommt die Familie? Wer wählt die Schule, und in welchem Monat beginnt das Schuljahr?
- Tür-zu-Tür zum Büro oder welcher Flughafen, wie oft.
- Serviced Apartment für ein paar Wochen, oder ab Tag eins ein Zwölf-Monats-Wohnmietvertrag?
- Wer steht auf dem Mietvertrag — die Firma oder der Entsandte? Keinen Zwölf-Monats-Vertrag unterschreiben, bevor die Arbeitserlaubnis feststeht.
- Gibt die Firma bereits eine Festland-Handynummer aus, die Bank-SMS empfängt? Wenn ja, keine widersprüchliche Touristen-SIM am Flughafen dazunehmen.
- Haustiere, eine live-in Ayi, koreanische Abluft, japanische Badewanne — vor der ersten Besichtigung ins Brief schreiben.
Where your people usually land
The corridor your company already uses is real information — and so is the moment it collides with what the family wants.
Japanese and Korean employers
Often have a designated corridor already — Gubei and Hongmei for Japanese households, Hongquan Road and Longbai for Korean ones. The school decides the campus side of the river before anything else.
German employers
Frequently a Qingpu or Taicang commute, with children at the German school on the Eurocampus. Working in Taicang and living in Qingpu is a common shape — say so early rather than showing city-centre flats.
French households
The emotional pull is Hengfu and the Former French Concession; the school is in Qingpu. That conflict is real and belongs in the first briefing, not the third viewing.

Ask who handles the housing search, arrival orientation and shipment, and which items require a separate quotation.
