日韓企業は、すでにエリア指定があることが多い。太倉のドイツ事業所でも、住まいは青浦キャンパス付近。フランスの家庭は旧フランス租界に住みたがるが、学校は青浦——この衝突をブリーフィングに書く。
- 予算の通貨、家具の有無、発票（インボイス）の会社正式名称と税号。
- 家族は来るか。学校は誰が決めるか。学年は何月始まりか。
- オフィスまでのドア・ツー・ドアか、どの空港へ何回か。
- 数週間のサービスアパートか、初日から12か月の住宅契約か。
- 契約名義は会社か赴任者か。就労許可が確定する前に12か月の住宅契約を結ばない。
- 会社は銀行SMSを受け取れる本土携帯番号をすでに出しているか。出していれば空港の観光SIMを重ねない。
- ペット、住み込み阿姨（家政婦）、韓国料理の排煙、和式浴槽——初回見学前にブリーフへ書く。
Where your people usually land
The corridor your company already uses is real information — and so is the moment it collides with what the family wants.
Japanese and Korean employers
Often have a designated corridor already — Gubei and Hongmei for Japanese households, Hongquan Road and Longbai for Korean ones. The school decides the campus side of the river before anything else.
German employers
Frequently a Qingpu or Taicang commute, with children at the German school on the Eurocampus. Working in Taicang and living in Qingpu is a common shape — say so early rather than showing city-centre flats.
French households
The emotional pull is Hengfu and the Former French Concession; the school is in Qingpu. That conflict is real and belongs in the first briefing, not the third viewing.

Moving and home finding: check what is included
Crown’s Shanghai office page lists packing, shipping, storage and home finding among its services. If your employer has assigned a relocation provider, use its service description to check which parts of the move are covered.
Ask who handles the housing search, arrival orientation and shipment, and which items require a separate quotation.
