첫 통화에서 필요한 것
일본·한국 고용주는 권역이 이미 있는 경우가 많습니다. 타이창 독일 사무소는 집이 여전히 칭푸 캠퍼스 근처입니다. 프랑스 가정은 구 프랑스 조계를 원하고 학교는 칭푸 — 충돌을 브리핑에 적으세요.
- 예산 통화, 가구 포함 여부, 파피아오(인보이스)용 회사 정식 상호와 세금번호.
- 가족은 오는가. 학교는 누가 정하는가. 학년은 몇 월에 시작하는가.
- 사무실 도어투도어인가, 어느 공항을 얼마나 자주 가는가.
- 몇 주의 서비스드 아파트인가, 첫날부터 12개월 주택 계약인가.
- 계약 주체는 회사인가 주재원인가. 취업허가가 확인되기 전에 12개월 주택 계약을 쓰지 않는다.
- 회사가 은행 문자를 받을 본토 번호를 이미 주는가. 주면 공항 관광 SIM을 겹치지 않는다.

Where your people usually land
The corridor your company already uses is real information — and so is the moment it collides with what the family wants.
Japanese and Korean employers
Often have a designated corridor already — Gubei and Hongmei for Japanese households, Hongquan Road and Longbai for Korean ones. The school decides the campus side of the river before anything else.
German employers
Frequently a Qingpu or Taicang commute, with children at the German school on the Eurocampus. Working in Taicang and living in Qingpu is a common shape — say so early rather than showing city-centre flats.
French households
The emotional pull is Hengfu and the Former French Concession; the school is in Qingpu. That conflict is real and belongs in the first briefing, not the third viewing.

Ask who handles the housing search, arrival orientation and shipment, and which items require a separate quotation.
