Rent and deposit go straight to the counterparty on your contract. Nothing passes through our account.
Licensed filings are handled by licensed providers
Visas and exit-entry filings need a licensed provider. We publish the official process for free and refer providers we have checked.
How we are paid
We charge published service fees to the party who engages us. Where a landlord or operator pays us a commission, the listing page says so. We take no hidden spreads on rent, and no fees are contingent on inflating a dispute.
