The ambulance is the city service on 120, not a hospital’s own fleet.
Calls to 120 are taken in Chinese. Interpretation can be patched in, and that takes time.
In a critical case you may be taken to the nearest suitable hospital — roughly 3–5 km — not the one you would have chosen.
Payment is usually taken on admission. An international direct-billing card may not work that night.
Give the road name, lane number and nearest crossing — not the compound’s marketing name.
