FFC and Jing’an: Western rooms and barber fades — ask if they actually cut that texture, not whether they speak English. Gubei: Japanese cut and colour. Hongquan: Korean perm density, hygiene varies; ask the parent group that month. African hair: ask the chamber or church. Do not send anyone to a mall chain as an answer.
