You sign directly with the landlord or the operator. We prepare the shortlist, check the building, negotiate and sit with you at signing.
Rent and deposit go straight to the counterparty on your contract. Nothing passes through our account.
Visas and exit-entry filings go through a licensed provider. The official process is set out here, and we refer providers we have checked.
